This is the vendor's prototype, running unchanged, against the mock Tumble Dry backend. Pick who you are, start a chat, and type anything. Under every reply: what the bot understood, which step it is on, the backend calls it made, and what it cost. Only two workflows are built: schedule a pickup and general questions.
